The redesigned platform transforms Oxford Properties' digital presence into a scalable, enterprise-grade system that integrates global asset management through Bynder DAM, automates property pages via dynamic APIs, and delivers high-performance leasing search results with consistent brand excellence worldwide.
Technology
We built the platform on Agility CMS to enable a headless architecture that supports flexible content delivery. We configured Bynder DAM to give Oxford a unified asset library and streamlined asset workflows across global teams. We supported the front end implementation of Elastic Search to deliver high speed, relevant leasing results across the site. Through dynamic templates tied to Oxford's internal leasing API, the site now automatically publishes hundreds of property pages, reducing manual effort and improving consistency.
Strategy
Our strategy focused on aligning technology with Oxford's CRE business objectives: better site navigation and clarity, stronger brand authority in investment, development, and management, improved lead capture, and a future ready platform. We reorganised the site's navigation and user flow so visitors can easily move between Oxford's investment, development and management segments. We ensured the CMS and integrations give internal teams the tools they need for content agility, global scalability and digital maturity in the commercial real estate sector.
Design
We implemented a modern, sophisticated design that supports Oxford's brand leadership in commercial real estate. The technical architecture maintained performance and scalability while enabling consistent branding across all areas of the site.
