Founded in Hunting Beach California, Creating CD-Roms under the name of Dotmedia Design Group

Internet becomes a thing and our first Website is for a non-profit in Orange county called Operation Hand in Hand.

We changed our name to Dotfusion following copy write shenanigans, opened a Toronto office and launched the Websites for Oliver Bonacini's Jump, Canoe and Auberge du Pommier.

Launched Yorkdale.com, Hickory Farms, Lafarge and watched Flash become a scene

Expanded our consulting and implementation teams providing digital strategy Oxford’s new portfolio shopping centres.

Added Omniture (Now Adobe Analytics) and Urchin (Now Google Analytics) and Clicktracks to our analytics practice.

Delivered our first large scale eCommerce project for Town Shoes and the Shoe Company on Elasticpath. Our evolution as ExactTarget, now Salesforce Marketing Cloud partners extends to servicing Cirque Du Soleil.

Launched the first of what would be the first of over 25 large scale AgilityCMS Websites for Yorkdale.com, followed shortly by the launch of William F. White, Vivitar Cameras and a new site for Brookfield properties First Canadian Place, still a Dotfusion client.

Continuing to expand our enterprise platform capabilities we expanded our offering to Salesforce.com implementations along with delivering a new user experience for DSW and Olevia HD TV.

A critical chapter in our history, we decide not to explore an acquisition by Razorfish and instead our team takes a ride with them for the next 5 years collaborating all aspects of large scale web development projects.

Providing digital leadership to a southern Californian based brand agencies, we participate in the launch of websites for Yokohama Tire Co., SauceLabs and Kuleto’s Restaurant in San Fransisco. (Sadly not longer with us…)

Working with Crown Partners, Razorfish and Sapient our leadership team plays a large part in the global website launches for David Yurman, Amway, Haglofs, Home Depot Canada, Dow Corning, CIBC, and Discount Tire. (Thanks Rob Miller for thinking of us!)

Phew… Time to reflect… What is the reason for having a business? We decide that it’s entreprenures that can collective change the world. We incorporate Dotfusion in Cambodia with a impactful eye on developing technology skills in underserved populations.

Arjuna hosts JS workshops in Phnom Penh and we hire our first developers while adding PiPay, Sathapana and AMK banks to our client roster.

New clients include Hockey Canada, Compass Group, Mitsubishi and deliver our first enterprise project on Magnolia CMS for the worlds largest evangelical organization. We start to grow our team in Montreal.

Boo Covid! Yes to becoming a B-Corporation! We expand our horizons to scale rapidly in order to invest more of our profits into impact projects. Dotfusion Academy concept it born.

We grow again expanding on our UX Design Research and Customer Success teams while onboarding Pizza Nova, BC Hockey and Financial Horizons as clients.

Wow, time flies. We made it thru Covid, launched the new Pizza Nova ordering App and Website, modernized a greater one Boy’s Town Website and at just the end of 2024, launched a new site for a regional Telco for Westman Communications.
