Using the rapid design and customizations tools we were already working with, in late 2000, and after extensive testing, we completed the 'FMS' & 'FRS' systems and commenced to prepare them for commercial use. Both systems leverage the power and scalability of Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The pervasiveness, stability and increase in bandwidth of the internet have enabled us to offer our system as a complete outsourced service or as a traditional customer-hosted, installed application, with the option of complete source code being provided.
