Each Fluent Reader level comes complete with 24 passages that are universally appealing. Students select from a variety of passages including authentic
nonfiction, fiction, poetry, and more—identified by the NRP as the most appropriate type of content to help struggling readers improve their fluency. Each level comes with one audio CD containing 24 passages (each at three different speeds) for the Modeled Reading step.
