Alliance Atlantis was hosting a very special industry event and needed to entice as many high-profile press and media types to it as possible.
Dotfusion delivered with a uniquely branded html email that piqued recipients’ interest. From there, they were lead to a rich-media landing page, where they were invited to RSVP. The final components were a unique confirmation email and prior-to-the-event reminder. |
The Strategy
Dotfusion worked with the Alliance marketing team to map a strategic plan. The tactic was to send a suggestive email message that would drive click-thrus to a registration page. Afterwards, the system cross-checked RSVPs and forwarded on a personalized confirmation ticket.
Art direction, html programming and application specialists all put their skills to work to launch this top-secret and extremely time-sensitive project.
After the campaign’s initiation, a reporting schedule was established to keep Alliance Atlantis updated on the registration’s progress, and to make note of email confirmations and reminders. The result? A more than 25% completion conversion after the first email communication, with booking for over half the event capacity in the first two days. |
